How It Works

1. You can either complete the online application form or send us an e-mail or use msn or use skype to request the forms.

2. We send you two very simple forms, a Letter of Authority and a copy of our terms.

3. You complete and sign the letter of Authority and the Terms, return them to us.

4. Once we have received the paperwork we will assess whether you have a valid claim or not. If we feel you have a valid claim we will then hand everything over to the solicitors who will commence a claim.

5. When the claim is settled is when we charge our 20% fee, and only 20% there are no hidden charges whatsoever.
