1. How long will my claim take?
The time scale varies dependant on the complexity of of the claim, we will work hard to complete your claim as fast as possible. The fastest completion time to date is just 11 days! - Sadly not all claims can be completed as quickly as this.
2. Will it cost me anything?
We operate on a No-Win No-Fee basis, so you only pay us when your claim is successful. All you pay is the industry standard of 25%+VAT, nothing more!
3. I've had multiple loans and credit cards, some of which are even paid off, can I still claim?
Yes! You can claim for more than one PPI policy, even if it has already been paid off. You could be owed thousands of pounds.
4. I don't have the documentation for my loan/credit card/PPI policy, can I still claim?
Yes! In most cases we can request a copy of the loan agreement.
5. Will this affect my credit rating?
No, not at all!
